Position:                          Developer- Siebel/CRM (NOC#21230)

Employment Type:        Permanent/Full Time, Remote work allowed

Reporting Location:     Unit#1, 71 Fifth Avenue, Orangeville, Ontario, L9W 1G3

Salary:                              $90,000.00 per annum–The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions.

Vacation:                         4% of the gross salary

Hours of Work:              35.00 Hours a week

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

• Write, modify, integrate CRM Application with downstream and upstream applications.
• Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and provide recommended solutions.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures for electronic data processing, IT infrastructure, computer systems development and IT operations.
• Installation and Server Maintenance of Siebel CRM Applications.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
• Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
• Implementing security policies to protect unauthorized access to databases and other critical applications.

Employment Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience configuring, designing and developing software application solutions using Siebel CRM
• Must have proficiency with the software Siebel Workflow Process, Siebel eScript, Integration Objects, Siebel Configuration, Business Component, Business Object, Applets, Views etc.
• Good knowledge of Siebel data model, Experience working with Oracle db, Siebel Order Management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• A college level diploma or bachelor’s in technology degree related to computer science, electrical/electronic engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
