Marketing Coordinator

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to support the business’s security services and growth goals.
• Gather, research, and analyze market data to evaluate customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, and web/social media content.
• Manage and update digital media platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and prepare performance analytics reports.
• Coordinate marketing activities with sales and operations departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely updates and distribution.

Employment Requirements

• Prior 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Moderate written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• A college diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of the security industry is considered an asset.
