About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Support Worker to assist an adult female with a physical disability in her private residence in Mississauga. This is a full-time, on-site role suited for someone who is caring, attentive, and committed to supporting daily living needs while providing meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside and personal care
- Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
- Support the client during water-based activities (e.g., pool use)
- Encourage and assist with regular physical activity such as daily walks
- Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role is preferred
- Education: No formal education required
- Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and understood)

Compensation & Benefits
