| Salary: | $50,000 per annum; The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions such as EI and CPP. |

| Vacation: | 4% of the gross salary |
| Hours of Work: | 37.5 Hours a week; Overtime rate (X1.5) applicable after 44 hours of work per week |
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
- Assisting with administrative tasks including basic financial tasks, invoicing, expense tracking, payroll and scheduling.
- Coordinating communication between different franchise locations, management, and corporate.
- Managing schedules for franchise managers and other key personnel.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Maintaining databases with information related to inventory, sales, and personnel.
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Managing employee records and assisting with HR-related tasks.
- Keeping track of inventory levels at different franchise locations.
- Coordinating orders and deliveries of supplies and products.
- Ensuring that the franchise adheres to Tim Hortons’ corporate standards and guidelines.
- Preparing reports as required by the franchise ownership.
- Assisting with basic IT tasks, such as troubleshooting computer or POS system issues.
- Providing general administrative support to franchise management and staff as needed.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Maintaining professional image.
Specific Job Requirements
- 7-12 months administrative experience is required.
- Completion of secondary school is required. A college level education in an administrative field will be considered as an asset.
- An understanding and working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
