| Wages: | $2.50 to $16.00 per hour (Based on experience in the restaurant/food service industry); The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions such as EI and CPP. | |
| Vacation: | 4% of the gross salary | |
| Hours of Work: | 35-44 hours a week; Overtime rate (X1.5) applicable after 44 hours of work per week |
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests, taking orders and processing payments
- Preparing food and drinks
- Assembling orders and packaging food items for take-out and for dine in
- Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for customers, fellow crew members
Requirements:
- Secondary school education is required.
- Requires basic communication skills in English, ability to take customer orders and take directions from the Shift supervisor/Manager.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register.
