Salary: $23.00 per hour; The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions such as EI and CPP.
Vacation: 4% of the gross salary
Hours of Work: 32.00-40.00 hours a week. Overtime applicable at the rate of X1.5 after 44 hours of work per week

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Perform office administrative tasks including, but not limited to, answering enquiries via email and phones, printing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, organizing, archiving, other administrative functions as required.
  • Be the first point-of-contact for customers through various forms of communication including telephone and email.
  • Purchase order and work order processing.
  • Communicating with clients, vendors and service providers through emails and phone calls with clear and concise information.
  • Assist in generating with reviewing project/situation reports and formal notices.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and maintaining the schedule for the leasing and maintenance operations.
  • Tracking, reviewing, and approving property notices and bills
  • Generate, maintain and/or update leasing and property management information including building specifications and rent rolls.
  • Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
  • Other daily administrative duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative position is required; Administrative experience with a property management company or in a similar working environment an asset.
  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
