Retail Store Supervisor

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the wireless sale/plan activations.
• Responsible for receiving inventory, merchandising and creating displays.
• Helping to build a progressive brand. Assign duties to the sales associates, set and review periodic (weekly and monthly) sales numbers with sales associates and provide performance appraisal and training when necessary.
• Authorize discounts on sales and the return of merchandise.
• Be passionate in sharing the latest wireless technologies and providing creative solutions to the sales associates.
• Be focused to meet and exceed store standards while providing great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assuring that all merchandise is always displayed in an attractive manner.  This includes making sure that all merchandise is clean, operational and priced with a clearly printed price tag.
• Assist the management for in-store marketing and executing successful store promotions, events and incentives.
• Sell merchandize to customers.

Employment Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales; Supervisory experience in a retail establishment an asset
• Previous experience in the wireless industry an asset.
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Related college diploma in business marketing/management an asset.
